Machine Operator

Location: Aurora, Ohio
Pay: $18.00–$19.50/hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

We are hiring Injection Molding Machine Operators for a plastics manufacturing company in Aurora!

Job Duties:

• Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Inspect products for defects, inconsistencies, and proper appearance.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures.
• Package and label finished products as needed.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Previous injection molding or plastics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
