Computer Skills: Basic computer skills
Other Requirements: Knowledge of general safety rules and procedures. Ability to use tape measure and ruler. Ability to take simple measurements in standard and metric systems. Familiarity with mechanical movements of manufacturing machinery. Comprehension of temperature controls and gauges, pressure gauges, etc. Comprehension of Hydraulics and pneumatics and understanding the mechanic aspect of machines.
Duties: Operates and repairs assigned machines mechanically and electrically to ensure proper function. Prepares production items set up to meet product specifications. Monitors the quality of products to assure standards are met. Monitors material stock to determine when materials are needed to manufacture products. Meets productivity standards to achieve production schedules and service customers. Monitors and remains accountable for overall production waste. Maintains production schedules. Monitors efficiency and identifies problems. Completes required reports. Packages products to meet customer specifications. Responsible for housekeeping of assigned manufacturing area.
Minimum Pay: $13.00/hour Work Week: M-F Must be willing, able, and available to work overtime, weekends, and 12-hour shifts when required.
