We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a busy warehouse/manufacturing facility in the Bay Minette area! This position is ideal for dependable individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment and stay focused throughout long shifts.
Job Duties:
⢠Feed materials into production machines
⢠Monitor machines and product quality closely
⢠Keep production running smoothly and efficiently
⢠Watch for machine issues or defects in product
⢠Meet daily production goals and quotas
⢠Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements

⢠Must be able to work in a repetitive production environment

⢠Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

Schedule:
⢠12-hour shifts
⢠Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
