Requirements

• Previous machine-operator or warehouse experience
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes

Job Duties

• Operate production machinery with accuracy and focus
• Monitor equipment throughout the production process
• Identify machine breakdowns and operating issues
• Help troubleshoot problems and restore equipment operation
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Adjust tools, controls, and machine settings as needed
• Report equipment problems and product defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all production procedures and safety requirements
• Support the team in meeting daily production goals

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
