We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator. You will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality components and finished products.
Duties
Operate various manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, to produce parts according to specifications.
Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery, blueprint drawings, to ensure standards are met.
Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately to determine machining requirements and tooling needs.
Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and other tools to verify dimensions and tolerances meet specifications.
Maintain proper tooling setup and changeover procedures for different production runs while adhering to safety protocols.
Handle materials efficiently within the manufacturing facility.
