Machine Operator (Entry to Advanced) – 2 Openings

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Machine Operators to join our team. Whether you’re just getting started or have more advanced CNC experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive manufacturing environment.

You’ll work with CNC machines, precision tools, and quality standards to help produce high-quality parts.
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure smooth production
  • Prepare materials and keep machines stocked and running efficiently
  • Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Perform basic inspections using precision instruments
  • Keep work areas and machines clean, organized, and safe
  • Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Entry-Level Skills (Training Provided):
  • Differentiate parts and materials
  • Prepare and load materials into machines
  • Maintain oil levels and basic machine upkeep
  • Monitor machines for issues
  • Learn to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Advanced Skills (Preferred):
  • Troubleshoot and reset machines from alarm conditions
  • Perform offset adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
  • Set up collets, guide bushings, and bar loaders
  • Handle tooling setup and storage
  • Complete daily production and quality documentation
  • Perform routine machine maintenance (greasing, adjustments)
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use:
  • Micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers
  • Optical comparator, microscopes
  • Pin gauges, thread rings/plugs, drop indicators
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with CNC machining or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable working with hands and precision tools
  • Team player with a solid work ethic
Pay $20 - $26 / hour Depending on Experience
