Machine Operator

supervisors. They ensure the machine runs smoothly, produces high-quality products,
and that all company standards and safety procedures are met.
Machine Operation and Monitoring
o Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications,
work orders, and part drawings.
o Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent performance and high
quality product.
o Make minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality standards
and improve efficiency.
o Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products for further
processing.
Maintenance and Quality Control
o Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent
breakdowns and ensure proper function.
o Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet predetermined
quality standards.
o Troubleshoot minor issues that arise during operation, and report more
complex problems to maintenance team.
Safety and Documentation
