Pay: $20.81/hr (1st & 2nd Shift) | $22.06/hr (3rd Shift)

We are seeking a Machine Operator to support a high-speed packaging line. This role is responsible for operating packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Operate high-speed packaging machinery
Set up machines according to product specifications
Monitor metal detectors, check weighers, and scales
Perform quality, net weight, and label checks
Replenish packaging materials (film, labels, etc.)
Complete production and QA paperwork
Follow GMP, Safety, and Allergen Control procedures
Assist with changeovers and machine cleaning
Support Packers and move materials as needed
Machine Operator Requirements:
Previous Machine Operator experience in manufacturing required
Food manufacturing or GMP experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and computer skills required
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently (up to 80 lbs with assistance)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with spice dust exposure
Must complete pre-employment screenings (E-Verify, drug test, and background check)
