Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
Read and interpret work orders, production travelers, drawings, and specifications.
Load raw materials or components into machines.
Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
Make routine machine adjustments to maintain proper operation.
Inspect parts during production using measuring devices, gauges, templates, or visual inspection methods.
Record production quantities, scrap, downtime, and quality information as required.
Perform minor troubleshooting and corrective adjustments within operator responsibilities.
Replace tooling, dies, fixtures, cutters, or consumables as required.
Maintain clean and organized work areas using 5S principles.
Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
Assist with machine changeovers and production setup.
Package completed products according to specifications.
Cross-train and operate multiple production machines as required.
Other duties as assigned. May be asked to work in other areas of Production due to inventory and/or workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
At least one year of manufacturing, production or machine operator experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow work instructions, production travelers and SOP
Ability to operate one or more assigned production machines with training
Preferred experience with finishing and/or press brake
Basic understanding of measuring tools and quality checks
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and excellent time management
A self-motivated individual who works well in a team
