Machine Operator

NOW HIRING – Production Operator
$19.50-$19.75/hour | 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

We are seeking a Production Operator responsible for following all SOP guidelines to safely and accurately perform production duties. This includes mixing powdered products to meet specifications (bulk density, particle size, liquefaction tests, and powder flow), operating equipment, and performing full cleaning and sanitation of all machines and work areas.
This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

SHIFTS

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, operate, and shut down production equipment per SOP
• Monitor product quality and consistency during production
• Clean and sanitize all equipment before, during, and after use
• Complete required checklists and documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
• Follow all GMP, safety, and confined space regulations
• Assist with maintenance and other assigned duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must able to follow instructions
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to learn equipment and processes within 4 weeks
• Must be reliable, safety-minded, and a team player
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Dusty, noisy, and fast-paced production environment
• Exposure to powders, steam, chemicals (PPE required), and combustible dust
• Wet/slippery surfaces and high-speed machinery
• Frequent lifting, stair climbing, and physical activity required
• Overtime and schedule changes may be required
