Job Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery, including cutting, threading, and finishing equipment
- Load raw materials and monitor machine output throughout the shift
- Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, defects, and proper measurements
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
- Complete production logs, counts, and documentation
- Assist with packaging, staging, and moving materials as needed
- Communicate equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency goals
