As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality parts that meet customer specifications. You’ll set up and operate equipment, perform inspections, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and help ensure our production runs smoothly.

First Shift (10 hour shift): $21–$30/hr.
Second Shift (10 hour shift): $21–$23/hr. to start, with advancement up to $30/hr.
Weekend Shift (12 hour shift): $21–$23/hr. to start, with advancement up to $30/hr.
Shift Premiums & Incentives:
+$2/hr. premium for 2nd shift
Weekend shift employees with perfect attendance earn 4 extra paid hours per week
All employees may be eligible for an annual performance bonus
1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 5am–3pm
2nd Shift: Mon–Thu, 2:45pm–12:45am
Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun, 5am–5pm

Opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement
Set up, load programs, and operate machines safely and efficiently
Read and follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints
Operate clippers, rotary trimmers, and other secondary equipment
Inspect products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs
Maintain accurate production records
Keep your work area clean and organized
Support new employee training
Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Follow all safety procedures and support ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards
Contribute positively to our mission, vision, and values
Perform other duties as needed
High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree is a plus)
1–3 years of machinist or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
Basic math, measuring, and computer skills
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment
This role involves:
Standing, walking, or moving for extended periods
Lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 lbs.
Using hand tools and machine tools
Wearing appropriate PPE (glasses, shoes, earplugs; occasionally face shields, aprons, etc.)
Working in a typical factory environment with some exposure to dust, noise, fumes, and oils
