Operates 6-8 buncher machines; meeting production and quality requirements.
Sets up Buncher machine, performs all multiple tasks relating to the operation of a Buncher machine.
Maintains machine to include minor maintenance, cleaning and quality checks.
Splices wires to ensure continuous production.
Perform secondary check of all setup and reports production through the MRP system
Maintains records and submits paperwork.
Operate tow motor to retrieve material for machine.
Aware of Kalas’ environmental policy and what it means to them.
Aware of their significant environmental aspects and knows how to mitigate or eliminate the environmental impacts associated with them.
Temporary work at ECPD may be required according to business needs.
Additional overtime, including weekend overtime, may be required.
Meets attendance requirements as stated in associate handbook.
Performs work safely in accordance with Kalas safety procedures. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work condition or practice to Production Supervisor.
Perform related work as assigned.
