Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Machine Operator role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:
· Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
· Set up machines according to production specifications and verify proper operation before and during runs.
· Inspect products for quality, consistency, and accuracy according to established standards.
· Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to equipment as needed.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
· Record production data, downtime, and material usage accurately.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
· Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns promptly.
· Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Prior experience operating production or manufacturing equipment preferred.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
· Capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
