Job Description
MACHINE OPERATORS (2 OPENINGS)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $21/hr
Location: Carlsbad
We are seeking Machine Operators to support production and keep MJF 3D printers running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain MJF 3D printers
- Clean and prepare processing stations and build units
- Prepare printers for upcoming production jobs
- Monitor machine performance and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support production needs as assigned
- Work closely with technicians and production team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek.
