Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Carol Stream, IL 60108
Pay: $20.75/hr
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 06:30 PM 05:00 AM (4-day work week)

What You ll Do:
Operate and monitor production machinery
Set up equipment and load materials for production runs
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support team production goals
What We re Looking For:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to read basic measurements and instructions
Mechanical aptitude and teamwork mindset
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
