Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for safely moving materials, operating equipment, supporting production operations, and maintaining an organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, transport, and properly position materials and products.
• Move inventory and raw materials throughout the warehouse or production facility.
• Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with picking, staging, stocking, and inventory movement as needed.
• Accurately handle and organize materials while preventing product or equipment damage.
• Follow OSHA/company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and shipping/receiving teams.
• Meet daily production and material-handling goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Equipment Operator.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
• Forklift certification preferred/required depending on facility requirements.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
