Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Catoosa, OK. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to manufacture parts according to blueprint specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

Previous machine operating experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to perform accurate measurements and inspections
Ability to work safely in a production environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Receive instructions, blueprints, and material requirements for assigned production jobs
Plan work procedures and stage materials in designated work areas
Perform routine machine maintenance and equipment setup as needed
Program, set up, and operate production machinery according to specifications
Conduct first-piece and periodic inspections to ensure tolerances are met
Make machine adjustments to maintain part accuracy and product quality
Run production pieces and complete multiple machine operations as required
Package, label, and tag finished materials properly
Complete required paperwork and production documentation accurately
Move and stage materials for next operations or shipping
Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Work Environment

Industrial manufacturing / production environment
Exposure to machinery, production noise, industrial materials, and active shop operations
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
