In this hands-on role, you'll work with advanced machinery to shape, cut, and prepare steel components that play a critical role in our production process. What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll be at the core of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a variety of machines to cut, shear, punch, tap, drill, and shape steel
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Performing processes such as cutting, rolling, threading, and drilling materials
• Monitoring steel inventory and coordinating restocking with your supervisor
• Operating equipment such as cranes and tow motors to move materials safely
• Loading and unloading steel deliveries efficiently
• Maintaining scrap materials and keeping your workspace organized
• (Metal Processing Area) Operating specialized equipment like press brakes and lasers
• Supporting team members and assisting with training when needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of hands-on manufacturing or factory experience
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot basic process issues
• Familiarity with CNC equipment and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that requires you to:

• Stand for extended periods on a concrete floor
• Bend, kneel, squat, climb, and lift regularly
• Lift up to 70 lbs independently (or more with assistance)
• Maintain strong visual focus and awareness in a busy environment

Work Environment

• Traditional manufacturing shop setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season
• Loud noise levels and occasional fumes or odors
• Safety equipment is required and provided

Schedule & Expectations

• Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00am-4:30pm
• Opportunity for overtime on Fridays and some weekends as needed
• Willingness to work overtime (50-60 hours/week as needed)
