HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in City of Industry, CA. This individual will be responsible for operating bag-making machines to produce high-quality paper bags in accordance with safety guidelines, production schedules, setup instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $21.28/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Full time schedule, 12-hour shifts, overtime as needed
- Located in City of Industry, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate bag-making machines and related support equipment
- Convert paper materials into finished bag products
- Read and verify order sheets and job specifications
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards
- Complete daily production and operational paperwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support production efficiency and machine uptime
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to complete required training programs
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
