Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.50/hour for 2nd shift differential

$0.50/hr raise for every machine you learn with quality as fast as possible

Location: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM – 12:20 AM

What You'll Do
• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in medicine manufacturing
• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
• Keep accurate production records and documentation
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and know when to escalate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For
• Mechanically inclined — comfortable learning how machines work
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to stand, lift, and move for the duration of a shift
• Willingness to work in a regulated, clean manufacturing environment
• No prior manufacturing experience necessary — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn
