We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator (CNC) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, performing quality inspections, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to work orders and engineering specifications.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines.
Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to load and unload materials and monitor machine performance.
Experience making basic machine adjustments as needed.
Ability to perform quality inspections using measuring tools.
Experience completing production documentation and work orders accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of CNC machine operating experience.
Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
