Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines according to established Standard Work procedures with minimal supervision.
• Follow all safety requirements and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform inspections and ensure products meet specifications and AQL quality standards.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, and pin gauges.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, SQDCC, Hour-by-Hour tracking, and continuous improvement activities.
• Report equipment, material, or production issues to the Team Leader and assist with corrective actions.
• Perform routine operator maintenance and equipment checks.
• Handle scrap and recyclable materials according to procedures.
• Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Support other production-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English and complete production paperwork.
• Up to 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic measuring and inspection equipment.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations (22 C.F.R. 120.15).
