Manufacturing Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18.99/hr. (Includes Shift Differential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Location: Cockeysville MD 21031
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks
Onboarding: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM for 1 week — attendance is required
Interview: In Person
Safety Shoes: Required
Position Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to operate and monitor moderately complex and automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated production environment. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine and minor preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain proper production specifications.
- Perform production functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
- Inspect in-process parts and remove defective products, packaging, or components.
- Use prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures to measure parts and verify close tolerances.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine performance and product-quality issues.
- Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions.
- Monitor quality using statistical process controls and other established procedures.
- Accurately complete quality, safety, production, and maintenance documentation.
- Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and operating procedures.
- Perform cleanup duties in sterilized areas when required.
- Identify the need for minor equipment repairs and report issues appropriately.
- Follow all company housekeeping and safety policies and procedures.
- Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Work overtime and flexible or extended hours when required to meet production needs.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance while working effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate across departments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and follow established procedures.
- Ability to work independently with approved process documentation.
- Ability to read and write English proficiently.
- Ability to analyze/evaluate charts and follow simple diagrams and testing procedures.
- Basic arithmetic skills required.
- Basic PC and Windows experience required.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Safety shoes are required.
