Machine Operator

GPS Jobs is hiring Machine Operators for immediate positions in Columbia, SC Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a 4-day work week and room to grow? We are seeking motivated individuals for a Machine Operator position in Columbia. Training provided.  Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Schedule: Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

 What will you do:

• Operate bandsaw and milling equipment
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Operate forklifts and cranes as trained 

 What you will need:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic measurement skills are helpful but can be taught during training
