Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Conroe, TX, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its ongoing success.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Must be able to work 12 hour shift rotation, weekends and holidays! Shift hours are 6:00 - 6:30.

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety guidelines
