Apache Workforce is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their manufacturing team in Conroe, TX. Operators will be responsible for setting up and operating various metal fabrication machinery used in the production of electrical/control panels and related components. Key Responsibilities: - Operate press brake, shear, and punch press equipment.
- Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
- Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot operating issues.
- Meet production and quality requirements.
Requirements: - Previous experience operating press brake, shear, or punch press machinery.
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and use measuring tools.
- Experience with calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work night shift.
