Role Description: This is a hybrid field position for someone who is comfortable operating equipment but is equally willing to get out of the machine and work alongside the crew when needed.

\n

The right candidate will have moderate heavy equipment operating experience, a strong work ethic, and an understanding that excavation work requires everyone to pitch in. We are looking for someone who can safely and confidently operate equipment while also performing the physical, hands-on work necessary to keep the job moving.

\n

The role also involves performing basic equipment inspections, reporting maintenance needs, and helping maintain a clean, organized work area. The Machine Operator & Crew Member works closely with supervisors and teammates to complete tasks efficiently and support project schedule and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working safely with various types of Machinery.
• \n
• Prior experience in construction, underground utilities, or civil infrastructure is preferred.
• \n
• Ability to follow safety procedures, lift moderate to heavy loads, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• \n
• Reliable transportation to the Littleton, CO job sites and willingness to work full-time schedules.
• \n
• Option for regular out of town work.
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant certifications for equipment operation are a plus.
