Closets by Design a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking several enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the position(s) of Machine Operator Day.
$1500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment and zero absences.


Job Responsibilities:

• We will train to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understanding company product lines, machinery and assembly standards.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand daily cut lists.
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Personal Requirements

• Will train to use woodworking equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team oriented
• Quality conscious
• Honest and reliable
• Day shift: 6:45am-3:30pm
• Need to train on 2nd shift from 3:15pm - midnight until trained up.
• Able to stand 8 hours
• Able to lift 45 lbs

$15.00 to $15.00 an hour with an addition $4.00 an hour incentive program after training.
