Are you passionate about producing amazing products that support the aviation industry. We’re seeking motivated Machine Operators to help us deliver quality products in a safe, collaborative environment.


As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibilities will be the inspecting, measuring, and scribing of ingots. Other tasks will include packaging, shipping, and associated paperwork/organizational tasks related to the job.-


Responsibilities include:


+ Ability to make in-process adjustments based on information (rate, distance, diameter.)

+ Must be able to operate lathe or spray dry machinery

+ Load material into the machine and set up to run. Then monitor completion.

+ Mainly work independently, but transfer from machine to machine for weights and chemistries.

+ Run the assigned machine per specified instructions for each ingot type.

+ Accurately and completely fill out paperwork as needed.

+ Perform pre-shift preparation and ensure that all surfaces that will contact product (piping/vessels) are sanitized and ready for operation.

+ Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed during wash-ups.

+ Clean and sanitize room areas as needed.

+ Read daily production schedule and process orders in the established sequence.

+ Complete all paperwork in a timely manner and turn in to appropriate personnel, fill out work orders as needed.

+ Complete electronic and written production reporting


Requirements:


+ HS diploma - required

+ Manufacturing experience - preferred


Experience:-


+ 1-3 years working in a manufacturing environment

+ 1-3 years knowledge of quality/measuring systems

+ Data entry, excel, ERP system experience

+ Computer skills along with the ability to work and learn with new software--
