Machine Operator Fremont IN Area
Pay $20 per hour Schedule Monday through Thursday 600am to 600pm Possible half day on Fridays during busy production periods
We are seeking skilled and mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our production team. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality parts and can work independently in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate thread rolling and or heading machines Select proper dies based on job specifications Perform die changes and tooling adjustments Troubleshoot machine and setup issues with maintenance or engineering support Follow safety standards and production procedures Inspect products to ensure blueprint requirements are met Utilize micrometers and calipers for accurate measurements
Qualifications
Blueprint reading experience required Experience using micrometers and calipers Basic math and measurement skills High school diploma or GED Ability to work in varying temperatures Ability to stand and bend throughout a 12 hour shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
