Are you ready to take on an exciting role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality beverages. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced equipment, troubleshoot production challenges, and collaborate with a dynamic team.
 

Job Details:

• Pay: $23.63 -24.22/hour

• Schedule: Straight 2-2-3 rotation, 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM

• Location: Neenah, WI Manufacturing Facility

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor high-tech machinery for beverage production (cans & bottles).

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.

• Adjust and configure machines for production changeovers.

• Track inventory and input data using computerized systems.

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks for material handling.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.

• Perform routine quality checks and keep accurate production records.

• Share insights for continuous improvement in team meetings.

• Use computer software to support production processes.

• Three or more years of experience in food production or machine operation preferred.

• Passion for coffee production is an advantage.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to sit, perform data entry, and hear clearly.

• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery as needed.

• Adjust focus and work in a dynamic setting.

• Make quick decisions under pressure.

• Exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
