Machine Operator Days OR Night 

Join our dynamic team in Rapids with competitive wages for day or night shift! We’re seeking a dedicated professionals to operate and maintain our tanks, ensure sanitation standards, and support the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Wage: $21 per hour day, or $23 per hour nights
Schedule: Rotating days on a 2-2-3, 7AM to 7PM
                  OR 7PM to 7AM on nights 2-2-3

What You Will Do:

• Operate machinery and perform tests, recording all results accurately.
• Clean and maintain work areas.
• Ensure safe work practices, following written procedures for chemical handling and equipment use.
• Properly record food product usage.
• Complete shift checklists and paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols, including forklift operation certification.
• Assist with sanitation and upkeep of the work area during and after shifts.

Required Skills:

• Experience with machine operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and chemical handling.
• Ability to perform Brix testing and record data accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Certification to operate a forklift is required.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems.
• Previous experience with process control and quality testing.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a production or processing plant preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing facility.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation standards.
