Machine Operator

Summary:

• Location: Devens, MA
• Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Operate corrugator & converting machines to produce corrugated packaging.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjust machine settings to achieve desired product dimensions and quality.
• Inspect products for defects and take corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals safely and with quality products.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with tasks such as loading and unloading materials or operating other machinery.
• Mentor new team members.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to read and understand basic English.
• Attention to detail, ability to read a tape measure, and identify product defects.
• Experience with high-speed, high-volume work.
• Willingness to work required overtime, including Saturdays.
