    Job Description
    Interview: Onsite Interview
    Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am
    Operate, monitor, and maintain Post-Prep/Chamfer equipment to produce quality products that meet customer specifications while adhering to all safety, quality, and operational standards.

    Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
    Ensure products are manufactured to specification, including correct hinge and lock locations, hinge depth, lock depth, and overall dimensional requirements.
    Accurately verify, record, and track production orders, quantities, and required documentation.
    Perform quality inspections at required intervals and immediately report any defects, non-conformances, or process deviations to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
    Maintain inspection records and accurately use measuring devices, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other gauges as required.
    Demonstrate ownership of equipment by performing machine setups, tooling changes, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
    Follow all quality management procedures, work instructions, and production standards to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
    Maintain 5S%2B1 standards and housekeeping expectations to promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), machine guarding, lockout/tagout procedures, and hazard reporting processes.
    Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and promptly report unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns.
    Actively participate in safety meetings, training programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and corrective action activities.
    Support production goals while maintaining established safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
    Perform other duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements

    Education
    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience
    Minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience reading gauges, blueprints, production specifications, and work instructions.
    Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a safety and quality-focused environment preferred.
    Competencies
    Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure and precision measuring instruments.
    Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing defect-free products.
    Ability to identify and communicate safety hazards, equipment concerns, and quality issues.
    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for up to 12 hours per shift.
    Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
    Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    Physical and Safety Requirements
    Wear required PPE at all times while in designated work areas to include, high viz shirt/vest, bump cap, hearing protection, safety toed shoes and safety glasses.
    Safely operate machinery and material handling equipment in accordance with training and company procedures.
    Maintain awareness of surroundings and comply with all safety signage, warnings, and operating instructions.
    Report all injuries, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions immediately.
