1st shift Bilingual (Spanish) -1) putting the raw product (for example whole pork loin (av. 15-20 lbs)) onto the cart screen,2) putting the screens with the product on cart,3)putting metal sticks with raw sausage on the rack,4) packaging the raw product into boxes,5) emptying the boxes with raw product into the combo for further processing,6) open vacuum packages with raw meat,7) weighting the product on scale (require lifting more than 30 lbs),8) put the product (hams, head cheese) into the molds,9) putting the boxes on the pallet,10) operating pallet jack and moving the pallets,11) pushing the carts and stainless steel containers with raw products to cooler.12) and other tasks associated.
