Machine Operator (Entry-level)

Manufacturing Operator – 12 Hour Shifts | Competitive Pay + Career Growth

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help keep production running efficiently while ensuring product quality and workplace safety. 

Pay & Shift Information

• 1st Shift (2-2-3 Schedule): $18.50/hour
• 2nd Shift (2-2-3 Schedule): $20.35/hour
• 12-hour shifts with built-in overtime opportunities
• Consistent rotating schedule offering work-life balance

Schedule Example (2-2-3)

You’ll work:

• 2 days on
• 2 days off
• 3 days on
  Then rotate the following week.

This schedule gives you every other weekend off and built-in extended breaks throughout the month.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
• Managing material flow and machine operation
• Performing product inspections and identifying defects
• Packaging, labeling, and verifying products
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues and reporting concerns
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Supporting production changeovers and setups
• Following all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

This role is hands-on and active, perfect for individuals who enjoy staying busy and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
