We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Thermal Press Operator to join our team in Export, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:Set up and operate thermal press machines according to specifications.Monitor the pressing process to ensure quality and consistency.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Document production data and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.Previous experience as a press operator or in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
