Job Responsibilities for Machines Operator:
- Remove and replace forming dies, sizing rollers and drive belts in accordance with setup specifications.
- Butt weld or splice start piece to coil stock, set haul off speeds and welding controls.
- Cut sample weld joint and examine under microscope.
- Run work in process in accordance with scheduled work order.
- Postproduction data to inventory usage report.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repair and adjustments to equipment.
Other Details
- Starting rate for this position is $17/hr; employees are evaluated at 3 months, 6 months and annually
- A $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days, details are explained during the interview process
- Overtime availability based on production demand
- Ability to lift at least 60 pounds
- First Shift schedule 7AM-3:30PM
