• Pay: $28.29/hour
• Night shift premium: Additional $0.75/hour (if working nights)
• Bonus: $1,000 referral bonus
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days 7 AM - 7 PM and Nights 7 PM- 7 AM, fixed 4-3 rotation
• Union Facility

Amcor is hiring Extrusion/Lamination Operators to set up, run, and support extrusion machines in our Batavia manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production role for candidates with machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.

What You'll Do

• Set up and run extrusion machines to meet production standards
• Perform quality checks and document results
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Record production data and maintain clean work areas

Must Have

• At least 6 months of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, or adjusting equipment
• Ability to work a fixed 4-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong attendance, safety, and teamwork mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred

• Prior Extrusion/laminator operator experience is a plus
• Experience helping train or guide team members
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate measurement skills
