Packing Machine Operator 

Alternating shifts Must be able to work BOTH 1st or 2nd shift

Pay Rate: $20+ (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday

7am-3:30pm & 3pm-11pm

Location: Fairlawn, NJ

Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge of packaging machinery.
• Read and note that batch codes, lot numbers, names, and numbers match with materials to be produced; such as bulk, tubes, laminates, jars, labels, pouches, boxes etc.
• Check if the pneumatics and electricity in the machine is ON or OFF mode
• Operator must retain samples for QA Department
• Operator is responsible for constantly checking the quality, integrity, and accurate results of the product to be produced
• Verify no loose parts of the equipment has an unusual position, such as an air leak, loose hose, fallen parts.
• Be open to be rotated between 1st and 2nd shift as per Manager’s request.
• Understand the basic workflow of a manufacturing facility.
• Able to read, write and understand English.

Qualifications:

• Equivalent work experience: 2+ years in Machine Operation, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality Systems (or a combination of all)

• Knowledge and experience in Cosmetic/Skincare/Personal Care Industry (preferred but not required.

MUST BE ABLE WORK ALTERNATING SHIFTS
