Job Title: Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay: $18/hour

Job Description:

We are hiring dependable Machine Operators for a 1st shift opportunity in Fairfield, OH. No prior experience on a specific machine is required-candidates with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing, or general warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load materials and ensure proper machine setup
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to learn new processes and operate equipment safely
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and teamwork mindset
