Machine Operator

What You'll be Doing:

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality exterior building products.
• Load materials into machines and monitor production throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Complete basic computer tasks, including work orders and production tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude and mechanical aptitude.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Dependable, hardworking, and enjoys being part of a team.
