Machine Operator

1st Shift 6 am to 2:30 pm
$17.50/HR - Paid Weekly
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking to build a long-term career.
Responsibilities
Operate automated sorting, cleaning, and material handling equipment.
Inspect reusable pallets, separator sheets, top frames, and containers for quality and damage.
Load and unload materials while maintaining production flow.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns.
Complete quality inspections throughout the production process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to work in a production environment with repetitive tasks.
