Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Richland Center, WI area. What makes this opportunity a little different is that they aren't just looking for someone to run a machine. They are willing to train the right person in machine maintenance and preventive maintenance, so this could be a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and wants to build their skills and move toward a maintenance career.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality
• Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
• Receive hands-on training in machine maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Help identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements
• Work closely with production and maintenance personnel
• Help around the plant with various tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Machine Operator, Production Operator, or similar manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning maintenance
• Comfortable working with manufacturing machinery and tools
• Dependable work history and strong attendance
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting and basic equipment repair
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
