Flat Line Machine Operator

- Operate machinery involved in processing flat buns to meet customer specifications.
- Use cranes and other equipment for material handling.
- Plan resources, create batch records, audit, and post production data.
- Physically load scrapped foam onto conveyors and operate the baler during downtime.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures in the bun room.
- Cross-train on additional equipment for operational flexibility.
- Experience: Prior machine operation experience required. Chemical manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Skills: Ability to read a tape measure, follow detailed work instructions, and enter data into a computer.
- Math & Reasoning: Basic mathematical skills, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
- Safety & Quality Focused: Strong track record of safe work practices and quality assurance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, move, and load materials as needed.
