Machine Operator

Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at Robert Bosch in Florence, KY. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the assigned machinery. Eligible candidates can also receive a $1,250 sign-on bonus, paid out at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year of employment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred, not required)
• Stable work history
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

• Follow work instructions for proper assembly of component parts
• Maintain proper productivity pace and targets
• Perform and document all required control plan and quality checks, by following quality instructions
• Follow all procedures for material identification, traceability, and handling of non-conforming product
• Elevate safety, quality, and productivity problems or issues to appropriate personnel
• Perform other tasks as assigned
