**Job Description:** **Company: Mars Wrigley- Gainesville, GA** **Title: Machine Operator** **Required Shift:** 12 hour 2-2-3 Rotating Shift E Shift 6pm - 6:30am Week 1: Monday - Thursday Week 2: Monday - Wednesday **Job Purpose:** _The Machine Operator is responsible for operating PLC driven state of the art high-speed wrapping machinery with attached automatic boxing-off or bagging units._ **What are we looking for?** Minimum Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED + Must have met time in role (12+ Months) + Must have line manager approval to apply + Must be in good standing in current role + 2+ years of experience operating high speed machinery and/or equipment in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. Physical Requirements: + Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs) + Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping. + Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces. + Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift). + Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write basic work-related English.
