Machine Operator for production

Position Summary:The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, experience with production machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience with Pro Seal and Unifiller machines is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production machines to ensure efficient operation and product qualitySet up machinery according to production specifications and safety proceduresTroubleshoot machine issues and perform minor adjustments or maintenance as neededFabricate and assemble parts using hand tools and power toolsConduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needsMaintain accurate production records and documentationKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsFollow all company policies, GMPs, and safety proceduresAssist with other production duties as assigned
