TempExperts is hiring a dependable Machine Operator / Forklift Operator to operate a sit-down forklift, move materials, load and unload shipments, support production, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly in a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift and other authorized powered equipment to move raw materials and finished products.
• Load and unload trucks, verify shipment quantities, and place materials in designated locations.
• Supply production lines with materials and remove completed products as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and accurate material documentation.
• Complete pre-shift forklift inspections and report damage, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Keep aisles, docks, staging areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all site safety procedures, traffic rules, and load-handling requirements.

Equipment You May Use Sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, powered industrial trucks, loading-dock equipment, scanners, and hand tools. Site-specific training and authorization are required before operating equipment. What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Previous sit-down forklift or warehouse material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to complete site-specific forklift certification and follow production and safety procedures.
• Ability to inspect equipment, handle loads carefully, and maintain accurate material records.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work the full night-shift schedule, including some Saturdays as needed.
• Your own steel-toed boots.
